@Vitor Pamplona noticing a couple bugs…

Vitor Pamplona noticing a couple bugs and I'm not sure if they are related.

One is previously blocked users reappearing as not blocked anymore. It's not the whole list disappearing, just some users being in my notifications and feed again. My list is noticeably shorter though, fwiw.

The second is after a force stop of Amethyst, my accounts are no longer listed in the user switcher, logging in again with Amber is required. Once I log in with one account, both I use are shown in the user switcher again. Maybe something is not getting decrypted correctly due to this?
